dimethyle2-hydroxyterethalate can be prepared by the reaction of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and sodium hypochlorite. The specific synthesis method is as follows:
1. The reaction of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate with sodium hypochlorite under alkaline conditions.
2. Add an appropriate amount of alkali to neutralize the resulting salt.
3. The salt is converted to an ester to give DIMETHYL 2-hydroxyterethalate.
